Who are we helping?
Ex-offenders or those who have been in the prison system in Colorado and have been released to halfway houses with the hope of finding jobs, shelter, and other basic needs while reassimilating with families and a church community such as CHCC.

What are the issues?
Ex-offenders have a difficult time starting over once they exit the prison system. Many of them need help with jobs, food, clothing, shelter and reacquainting themselves with loved ones.

What are our Solutions?
To help ex-offenders realize that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by God and to discover their gifts and how they can use those gifts to grow God’s kingdom.

OUR TESTIMONIALS
“What’s it’s done for me is giving me a reason for communion, it’s given me a reason to keep on going forward. It helps me to continue to be a better me, in the path that I am going. So, it’s done wonders and it is going to continue to do wonders because I will keep on going.”

“I think putting God first in my life really gave me a priority list that makes sense, that actually works, now that I put him first, I can take care of the family, the things that I care about here. It’s really meant a lot to me and He is the only one that has made this all possible. It has changed my whole Life.”

–Ray C
“The Rescued Ministry has been a big part of my transition out of prison because for almost 2 months I was not able to leave the halfway house, so that ministry coming in every week was the only church I was able to have, I am really thankful and appreciative of that.”
